Nature in Form.

Tradition in Mind.

Our Story. The Journey of Saakar Decors.

Earth. Fiber. Wood. A Legacy Reimagined.

Saakar Decors was born out of a deep reverence for natural elements. In a world increasingly dominated by the synthetic and the mass-produced, we turned back to the most ancient materials known to man: Earth, Fiber, and Wood.

Our journey began with a simple observation: the incredible skill of rural Indian artisans was being lost to time, while modern homes were becoming filled with soul-less decor. We decided to bridge that gap by bringing the authenticity of the artisan’s hand into the contemporary space.

Our Mission

To curate and bring to your doorstep the finest handcrafted heritage products, ensuring that these "dying arts" don’t just survive—but thrive in the modern age. We manifest (Saakar) the timeless wisdom of traditional craft into contemporary lifestyle pieces.

The Saakar Curation

We don’t just “buy” products. We are story-seekers and quality-checkers. Our team travels to remote artisan clusters to hand-pick pieces that represent the pinnacle of the craft.

  • Purity of Material: Every piece is made from 100% natural, lead-free clay, sustainable palm fiber, or hand-turned wood.
  • Artisan Integrity: We procure directly from the source—from pottery courtyards to weaving clusters—ensuring that the families who have held these skills for generations are paid fairly and treated with the dignity they deserve.
  • Conscious Safety: From kiln-fired clay to wooden toys finished with non-toxic, organic lac dyes, we ensure every product is safe for your home and your children.
  • Modern Aesthetic: We select designs that harmonize with minimal, Scandinavian, or contemporary Indian interiors—making ancient art relevant for today.

Preserving the dying flame

True craftsmanship is more than the sum of its parts; it is a lineage held in the hands of village masters. By curating these generational works—from the kiln-fired earth to hand-woven fibers and sun-turned wood—Saakar Decors provides a sustainable future for artisan clusters, keeping the ancient flame of Indian artistry alive and thriving.
